Full Spectrum Support

When would a full spectrum doula be a good choice?

You may find yourself looking for a FSD if you are experiencing:

• miscarriage or loss

• infertility
• adoption

In person support is available in the Greater Capital Region of New York. Virtual support is available via phone, text or Zoom wherever you are.

I work with all communities, but also understand that if you are a BIPOC individual or a member of the LGBTQIA+ community, you may prefer a doula who shares your lived experience. If you need assistance locating a doula who is the perfect fit for you, BADT has a searchable directory. Feel free to reach out if you need support in that process as well!

Full Spectrum Fees

In most cases, there is no cost for my full spectrum services, though you may choose to donate an amount comfortable for your situation in order to support the work that I do, the supplies I provide. Additional funds that are donated and not used towards supporting full spectrum clients are used to support Upper Hudson Planned Parenthood and their abortion doula program.

If you are requesting extended, in-person support, my hourly rate is $35 and would be communicated before services began.
